Our Social Media Manager/ Marketing Manager Courtney, joined the WCS team at the start of 2026. Courtney leads the charge in building and growing our brand through smart, strategic marketing. Our Senior Project Manager, Martyn, joined the WCS team at the end of 2025. With many years of hands-on experience working on site, Martyn has a strong practical understanding of operations.

Our Accounts Manager John, joined the WCS team as of 2024 starting as an apprentice and has worked his way up. John is in charge of our accounts, handling everything from day-to-day finances to reporting and budgeting. With a sharp eye for detail and a solid grasp of the numbers, John helps keep our finances organized, accurate, and on track.
