Our CEO Andrew Carter started the WCS business over 6 years ago. As CEO, Andrew leads the company with vision, strategy, and a focus on long-term growth. Andrew drives the overall direction of the business, fosters a strong company culture, and ensures the team is empowered to succeed.

Our Project Manager/ Quantity Surveyor Claire has been working with WCS for over 6 years. 
Claire oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure they’re delivered on time and within scope. With strong communication skills and a focus on efficiency, Claire keeps teams aligned, manages resources, and helps turn ideas into successful outcomes.

Our Brand Manager Amellia, joined the WCS team at the start of 2025 as a Digital Marketing apprentice. Amellia leads the charge in building and growing our brand through smart, strategic marketing. From crafting campaigns to shaping messaging and positioning, Amellia ensures our brand connects with the right audience and stands out in the market. 

Our Managing Director Jack Marsh has been working with WCS for over 4 years. As Managing Director, Jack leads the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. With a focus on growth, innovation, and leadership, Jack guides the team, build key partnerships, and ensure the business stays on course for long-term success.

Our Accounts Manager John joined the WCS team as of 2024 starting as an apprentice and has worked his way up! John is in charge of our accounts, handling everything from day-to-day finances to reporting and budgeting. With a sharp eye for detail and a solid grasp of the numbers, John helps keep our finances organized, accurate, and on track.
